1. What Kind of Personal Data is Processed

In order for the Company to properly provide the User with the service stipulated in the "Terms of Use," the Company may process certain data of the User, namely:

  • Registration Data - Personal data that you provide when registering your account. Such registration data may include your email address and identification data.
  • Identification Data - name, surname, personal identification number, telephone number.
  • Vehicle Data - vehicle state number, owner's personal identification number, technical passport number, identification number.
  • Contact Data - e-mail address, telephone number.
  • Payment Data - bank card data and other types of data related to payments.
  • Technical Data - information about your browser or mobile device, information about the device's operating system, and other technical information necessary to provide the Service properly.

2. How We Collect Personal Data

The User provides personal data to the Company themselves, during registration and at various stages of receiving the service. The Company, after receiving the User's consent, may request information related to the User or the vehicle registered on the Platform from the relevant public authorities, in order to provide the service in a timely manner. 3. Purposes and Legal Bases of Personal Data Processing

The Company obtains and processes the User's data, based on the User's consent, within the limits defined by the legislation in force in Georgia, in particular the law "On Personal Data Protection." The Company processes personal data for the following legitimate purposes:

A. Providing services to the customer in a timely manner;
B. Improving service quality;
C. Proper fulfillment of legal obligations;
D. Troubleshooting the customer's problem;
E. Monitoring the User's activities on the Platform;
F. Customer communications;

H. Introducing new products and innovations on the Platform;
I. Implementation of marketing and other activities;
J. Prevention of improper use of the Platform.

4. How Long We Process and Store the User's Personal Data

The Company will store and process the User's personal data only for the duration necessary for the purposes of this Privacy Policy.
